Service Notes and Location

Please note that Ace Entertainment Cork is proudly based in Cork and primarily serves this region. As of 2020, we extend our services to parts of Kerry for weddings only. We emphasize minimal direct contact due to our early setup and collection times. Coordination with your wedding planner or venue occurs the week before your event, with setups happening between 4 am and 1 pm based on hotel availability. For private parties, setups typically occur before 8 pm, and for corporate events, setups can be arranged the night before or the morning of.

Booking and Payments

When inquiring about our services, ensure you have your venue and date ready. A non-refundable deposit is required for all events, with the balance due 14 days before the event unless stated otherwise on your invoice. We offer flexible payment plans, including weekly and monthly options, to accommodate your preferences.

Venue Restrictions

Kindly note that our services are not offered for outdoor areas, back garden events, inside houses, or gazebos.
